Thank God the public demands transparency and truth in labeling. We have a constitutional right to know what ingredients have been used to produce, manufacture, preserve or change any whole food from the earth, plant or animal. This should not be dependent upon a supposed health benefit or harm. The labeling of all ingredients, no matter how small or in what quantity, during growing, production, harvesting, preparation, packaging, transporting, shelving or any other action provides information necessary to the consumer to make individual choice to purchase or serve on their table.
