Homeopathic Arnica to the Rescue

Arnica montana energy medicine in homeopathy

The most widely known homeopathic remedy for pains, swellings, black and blue, contusions, arthritis and even emotional injury has been used safely for centuries. You may have heard warnings about using the herbal concoction, tea or cream that comes from crude doses of the plant. But, with the preparation of homeopathic remedies these warnings are virtually non-existant.

Learning how to take and use these homeopathic remedies requires observation, skill and care. When a remedy begins to work, unnecessary repetition may push the vital force to exhibit excess symptoms, intensifying symptoms or even producing new symptoms, which homeopaths call "proving symptoms."

Once this happens, immediately stop taking the remedy for everything to return back to normal or to the previous state. Preferably, keep a journal or diary, take a mental note if feeling better. There is no need to repeat taking or applying the arnica montana after stimulating the vital force or energetic healing system.
